Replacing the Key Battery in a Nissan Note

Model: Nissan Note E11, MK 1 - Years 2004-2013

Is the battery of your Nissan Note key flat? Disassemble the key and replace it. Unscrew the tiny screw located on the key cover (at the back). Use a screwdriver to pry between the two parts of the plastic key cover until they separate. Remove the worn battery from the battery holder. Take a new battery of the same type and voltage. Reassemble the cover on your remote by pressing it until you hear it click into place. Screw the screw back into the rear of the key. Check the operation of the remote key by pressing the buttons.
