Replacing Steering Track Rod Ends on a Nissan X-Trail

Are the track rod ends worn out? Let's see how to remove them on a Nissan X-Trail. Position your car on a column lift and raise it to a comfortable height for working. Unscrew the front wheel nuts with a socket or air impact wrench and remove the wheel. Next, start unscrewing the track rod end nuts with a socket. Unscrew the nuts located under the track rod end and the stabiliser bar, then pull the track rod end away from the vehicle body. Fit the new track rod end and tighten it with all the associated nuts. Refit the wheel that was removed earlier. Test the correct operation of the Nissan.
