Below are the instructions for removing the external rear-view mirror on a Nissan X-Trail T30, first series. First, open the front door on the affected side and proceed to remove the door panel; to do this, unscrew all the fixing screws and remove the switch panel, disconnecting the electrical connector and the handle cable. At this point, disconnect the electrical connector of the mirror and remove the triangular plastic cover; all that remains is to unscrew the fixing bolts of the mirror itself to remove it from the outside!
