Nissan Leaf - Video tutorial
Model: Nissan Leaf
MK 1
- Years 2010-2017 Changing the electronic ignition key battery on Nissan cars is extremely simple. In fact, in the rear part of the same there is a small switch to push, thanks to which you can remove the manual key (put it aside). As you can clearly see in the video, now divide the key in half (you use a small flat screwdriver and it will take a second) by separating the part of the key with the buttons from the one where you removed the manual spare key. VoilÃ! You will now find your battery. Simply lift it up with your fingers and put the new one in its place. Reassemble the two parts of the key and insert the manual key, that's it!
