If the remote control of your first-generation Nissan Leaf has suddenly stopped working and you want to find out how to replace the battery inside it, just read the following guide and follow the various steps. First of all, purchase a new CR2025 battery, then take the car remote and remove the physical emergency key from inside it. Next, use the same physical key or a small flat screwdriver to remove the protective cover and gain access to the exhausted battery. Finally, replace it with the new one and reassemble the cover.
