If we want to replace the remote control key battery on this car, we can find the instructions in this description. On the back of the remote control there is a small hook which must be opened to release the safety key. Then use a screwdriver to lever and release the cover from the key itself. Then remove the cover and we will have access to the compartment containing the battery and always pry with the screwdriver to extract it. Then take the new battery and place it in the compartment, then close the remote control cover and reinsert the emergency key.
