Operation: How do you replace the spark plugs on the Nissan Altima?

In order to replace the spark plugs of the Nissan Altima you have to go and open the hood, so that you can loosen all the bolts that secure the plastic cover of the upper part of the engine block. Once the cover has been removed, it will be possible to access the ignition coils, which must be disconnected and extracted from their housing by loosening the appropriate bolt. Once the coils have been removed, the underlying spark plugs can be removed with the appropriate socket wrench and replaced with new pieces; all other parts can then be reassembled.
