First, take your key fob and remove the physical key from inside it; then, pry open the fob by leveraging the sides of the gap created to split it into two parts, as shown in the video. At this point, remove the battery found inside and replace it with a new one (of the correct type); insert it in the correct orientation and reassemble the two halves and the key!
