To replace the battery in the Nissan Qashqai key, first unscrew the screw located at the bottom of the key cover. Once the screw is removed, gently pry the key open using a flathead screwdriver, taking advantage of the notch located at the bottom left of the cover. At this point, gently pry out the battery with the help of a screwdriver and replace it. Once the battery, which in this case is a DL1620 3-volt battery, is replaced, reattach the cover by pressing along the edge of the entire key cover and then screw in the screw.
