Removing the original radio is straightforward, but first ensure you have the unlock code, which is essential for reactivation. Start by removing the plastic trim around the radio by disengaging the hazard light switch.

Next, simply unscrew the radio mounting screws, pull the radio forward, and disconnect the relevant connectors. If you plan to install an aftermarket radio, make sure to also purchase the trim and adapter wiring.

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space.
