How to Reset the Trip Meter on the Nissan Qashqai

To reset the trip meter on the Nissan Qashqai, turn on the ignition by turning the key in the ignition switch. Once the dashboard is on, locate the TRIP RESET button found on the right side of the dashboard relative to the instrument cluster. Press and hold this button to reset the trip meter; after the reset, you can release the button and finally turn off the dashboard by turning the key back in the ignition switch.
