In this video, see where the fuse boxes are located on the Nissan Tsuru (which is essentially the name for the Nissan Sentra in some markets, like South America). The cabin fuse box is located at the bottom of the dashboard, between the steering column and the driver's door.

Here you can find fuse 22, which is for the cigarette lighter (which also serves as a power outlet). In the engine compartment, you will find a fuse box located to the left of the battery, and a relay box that is located to the left of the engine block, in contact with the left side of the body (when looking at the vehicle from the front).
