To reset the service light on a 2019 Nissan X Trail, turn on the instrument panel and use the buttons on the left side of the steering wheel to scroll through and select the various options on the dashboard display. First, navigate to "settings" and select it by pressing the "ok" button.

From the new menu, choose "maintenance" using the same button. Repeat this for the "service" option and then for "reset", finally confirm by selecting "yes". At this point, you can turn off the instrument panel as the service light has been reset.
