Replacing the Air Filter on the Nissan Qashqai

To maintain the engine efficiency of the Nissan Qashqai, regularly replace the air filter element, or sooner if driving on particularly dusty roads. Open the bonnet and secure it with the prop rod. You will find the filter box on the driver's side, to the left of the shock absorber mount.

Open it by releasing the two securing clips and remove the filter element along with its tray. Clean the inside of the box with a vacuum cleaner and insert the new element, ensuring it is positioned correctly.

Finally, close the cover.
