In this video, we see where the legal chassis number (VIN, Vehicle Identification Number in English) is located on the Nissan Qashqai J11 version. In fact, the legal chassis number is not the one shown on the plate placed on the driver's side windshield. That is a "courtesy plate" that is used to move the vehicle until it is equipped with a license plate. It is also not the metal plate placed inside the driver's door, which is instead affixed by the manufacturer when the vehicle is completed and contains all the essential data. The punched chassis number is located inside the engine compartment, under the grille of the windshield's descent. Inside, there is a small door that we need to remove, and inside we find the chassis number, which starts with SJN.

How to replace the Ford Transit key battery

Below I will explain how to replace the remote control key battery on the car, take a small screwdriver and pry the rear part of the remote control, (where there is the ring), at which point unhook the back cover and yes will have access to the compartment containing the battery. Always with the help of the small screwdriver, proceed to make the va and lift the battery out of the housing. Then take the new battery (check the type) and place it on the housing, always making sure to position it with the positive pole facing upwards. Finally, close the back cover by re-hooking it to the key.
