How to Remove the Radio from a Nissan Altima

Today, you will learn how to remove the radio from its housing if necessary in the Nissan Altima, model produced from 2013 to 2018. Start the disassembly by removing the pieces of the center console surrounding the radio using a trim removal tool. Next, remove the upper part of the radio, which is the fan assembly. To do this, first, unscrew the screws on the side and then disconnect the connector to remove it. After that, remove the radio's keypad by unscrewing the nuts on the side and disconnecting the connector. Finish the removal by unscrewing the last two screws and then take out the screen and disconnect the main connector. To install a new radio, follow all the procedures explained earlier in reverse order.
