Follow these main instructions to reset the radio and multimedia system of the Nissan Altima in simple steps. First, get inside the vehicle and turn on the instrument cluster and radio by turning the key to the first position; then press and hold the center button of the radio for about ten seconds, rotating the volume knob clockwise and counterclockwise, as shown in the video.

At this point, wait for the multimedia system to turn off and turn back on by itself, completing the reset process!
