Resetting the service light on the Opel Astra

Model: Vauxhall Astra Astra H - Years 2004-2010

When it is time to change the engine oil of the Opel Astra, the message "insp" appears on the display in the center of the dashboard to remind us. Once all the required operations have been carried out, we can reset the notification system. Sit in the driver's seat, press and hold the button to the right of the speedometer, turn on the instrument panel, wait for about fifteen seconds, and the flashing "insp" message will be replaced by four dashes. Turn off the instrumentation and upon the next restart, we will verify that the reset has been successful.
