If the fuel pump of your Opel Astra has suddenly stopped working, first check the status of the respective relay, whose position is indicated in this video. As shown, the relay is located in the box inside the cabin, specifically under the black plastic cover behind the battery.

It is pink and is the first one at the top left when looking at the box from the front. If faulty, ensure you use a replacement with equivalent specifications and work with the vehicle switched off to avoid any damage.
