How do you replace the fuel pump of the Opel Astra?

In order to replace the fuel pump of the Opel Astra, you will need to loosen the screws that secure the rear seat to its housing, in order to access the underlying components: here there will be a pump protection panel, which will need to be removed to access the pump itself. The screws that secure it to its seat can be loosened in order to remove it from its housing, disconnecting the power cables and fuel lines: the new pump can then be inserted, reassembling all the parts that were just removed.
