This video shows where the airbag control module is located in the Opel Insignia, useful if you need to replace it due to a fault. As shown, the module is positioned inside the cabin, specifically beneath the dashboard in the central area.

To access it, simply remove both the centre console and the tunnel, and to replace the module, unscrew the relevant mounting bolts, disconnect the connector, and follow the reverse procedure. Make sure to operate with the key removed.
