In this article, see how to reset the oil light on the Opel Karl if it remains on after an oil change. No tools are needed for this operation.

To reset, turn on the dashboard without starting the engine. Then, press the menu button on the indicator stalk until you find the oil light.

Once located, press and hold the SET/CLR button on the side of the stalk to perform the reset. When '100' appears on the dashboard, it means the reset was successful, and you can release the button and restart the dashboard.
