How to Change a Rear Light Bulb on an Opel Astra

First, open the boot lid. Inside the boot, on either side, you will find two covers, one for each side, shaped in the lining corresponding to the rear lights. Remove one of these and unscrew the two plastic bolts securing the rear light.

Next, disconnect the electrical supply by unplugging the appropriate connector. Now, from the outside, you can remove the light from its housing.

Unscrew the other three screws securing the bulb housing and unlock the clips with a screwdriver. At this point, you have access to all the bulbs that can be replaced as needed.

To reassemble the light, simply follow the same steps in reverse order.
