How to remove the starter motor from the Opel/Vauxhall Corsa

In this video we can see how to remove the starter motor from the Opel/Vauxhall Corsa (but also Astra, Meriva and Agila). This operation is shown on a workbench: we must remember to disconnect the negative pole of the battery, as always before working on something electrical. The starter motor is located at the back of the engine, under the intake manifold, and is fixed by two 13 mm bolts, and one 30 mm bolt located at the bottom. We will also remove the power cable and the solenoid wire, which engages the starter motor, which is held in place by a small 10 mm bolt. After doing this, we will have to loosen the component a bit to remove it from its housing.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?
