How do you replace the license plate light bulb of the Opel Astra?

Model: Vauxhall Astra Astra J - Years 2009-2016
Part: License plate light

In order to replace the license plate light bulb of the Opel Astra, you need to use an object to pry and detach the small light fixture above the license plate from inside its housing. Once the fixture is removed, you can disconnect the connector attached to it. The bulb inside can then be removed and reconnected to the connector. After reconnecting it, you can insert it back into its housing above the license plate to ensure everything is functioning correctly.
