The battery of the remote control that opens and closes the doors of Opel cars with use and over time will discharge and need to be replaced. To do this, turn the remote control with the side with the logo facing upwards, insert the tip of a flathead screwdriver into the grooves above the key ring attachment and lift the cover of the compartment where the battery is housed. Remove the old battery and replace it with a new CR2032, being careful to position it correctly, with the positive pole facing upwards. Replace the cover and press until you hear a click.
