How to remove the clutch on an Opel Agila? Disconnect the battery terminals to protect the car parts, lift the vehicle on a column jack to the desired height, then remove the plastic panel covering the engine (if present underneath) with the respective bolts. Remove the front wheels and use a socket spanner to unscrew the hub bolts and take them out, drain the oil from the gearbox and keep it for reuse. Locate the gear lever, underneath there are two bolts holding the clutch under tension. Remove all clutch components. Install the new clutch disc with the associated parts. Proceed with reverse assembly of the operations.
