Detailed instructions - In this guide, we will discover the instructions for removing and replacing the clutch of the Opel Meriva 1.7 CDTi. First, raise the vehicle and start by removing the front right wheel; then disconnect the wishbone and the front driveshaft by unscrewing the fastening bolts. Next, gently lower the exhaust manifold, removing the other front driveshaft; now remove the engine mount and the lower part of the chassis. At this point, you will be able to access the transmission by unscrewing the bolts to reach the clutch assembly; in this case, we will replace both the clutch and the flywheel.
