In this video we can see how to reset the service light on an Opel Astra version J: Like almost all cars, before resetting the service light, we must make sure to have closed all the doors, the front hood and the rear trunk perfectly. After this inspection, we can proceed with our reset. We get into the car and turn on the instrument panel. We will use the buttons on the lever to the left of the steering wheel, and with the arrows we can display on the screen the remaining life of the oil. After that, we press the button located on the top of the lever to reset the light.
