How to Remove the Door Panel on an Opel Astra

Model: Vauxhall Astra Astra H - Years 2004-2010

Remove the door panel (left side) of an Opel Astra, here’s how to proceed: disconnect the battery terminals located in the engine bay, use a screwdriver to unscrew the screws of the upper door opening lever and the screws in the handle. Then remove the plastic covering near the lever. Unscrew the remaining screws on the door panel and detach the retaining clips. Finally, pull the panel off with your hands and disconnect it from the door (disconnect the power wiring and the opening cable). Reassemble everything in reverse order.
