It will be possible to completely remove the Service light that appears on the instrument panel of the Opel Insignia by navigating through the menu inside the instrument panel, after it has been turned on by turning the key in the appropriate slot. You will need to stop when you find the option with the remaining oil life and the appropriate percentage. To reset it to 100%, simply press and hold the SET/CLR button located at the end of the left lever. This will cause the text to start flashing, until it becomes solid again and the percentage is reset to the maximum.
