How to start a Opel Grandland-X with cables

Let's see how to start an Opel Grandland-X with cables: the two cars must be parked in front of each other but without touching, and they must be completely turned off. The connection of the cables must follow this exact order: first connect the positive cable (red) to the Grandland-X, and then connect the positive end to the rescue car. Now connect the negative clamp (black) to the rescue car and connect the other end of the negative to a metal mass of the discharged car (and not to the negative pole of the discharged car, to avoid sparks near the battery, which could emit flammable gases). The video shows the dedicated point for the mass, which is correct. Start the car with the charged battery and let it run at idle for a few minutes, then start the Grandland-X. For the disassembly of the clamps: remove the black mass clamp on the Opel, the black clamp from the negative pole of the rescue car, the red clamp from the rescue car, and the red clamp from the Grandland-X. Leave the Opel engine running for about thirty minutes.
