Replacement of the EGR valve of the Opel Vivaro

Let's see in this video how to change the EGR valve on an Opel Vivaro: we open the hood, to access the valve we need to remove the air box by inserting a screwdriver at the front of it, which will allow us to detach the duct; then we will disconnect the electrical connector, then unscrew the screw that holds the turbo inlet duct, which we can detach along with the electrical cable, then we remove the nuts that secure the air box, and take it out. Now we see the EGR valve, and we will remove the electrical connector and the three fixing screws, but it can still be difficult to remove. We can find the new part, for example on eBay with the code 126854091605 for the price of 65.25 euros, with free shipping (check the part's compatibility). Before reassembling it, we clean the surface and then secure it with its three screws. We reconnect the electrical connector and then reposition the air box, following the disassembly instructions in reverse.
