Removing the EGR Valve on Opel Vivaro

Removing and replacing the EGR valve on an Opel Vivaro is really straightforward. Lift the front bonnet and secure it, then observe the area behind the air filter box. As you can see, the EGR valve is secured by three 10 mm bolts, so to remove it, simply unscrew them and disconnect the connector. However, before doing this, it is advisable to unscrew the side bolt of the air box to create adequate working space. Once the bolts are removed and the casing before the valve is taken off, lever in the slot of the valve to extract it.
