Replacing the Key Shell of the Opel Astra

Model: Vauxhall Astra Astra J - Years 2009-2016

Below are the instructions to disassemble and replace the remote key shell of the Opel Astra. First, take your remote and start prying open the side slot to separate the two halves, accessing the circuit board and battery. Also, remove the physical key as shown in the video. At this point, transfer all components to the new key shell, following the reassembly order. Finally, assemble the two halves of the remote, checking the operation of all buttons.
