These brief and simple steps will allow you to disassemble and replace the battery of the key fob for the Opel Insignia. First, take your key fob and start by removing the plastic back cover by prying at the sides; then remove the battery found inside, as shown in the video. At this point, replace and install the new battery of the correct type (in this case, a CR 2032 3V); insert it in the correct orientation and reassemble the key fob, then check that all buttons are functioning correctly.
