How to Reset the Service Light on an Opel Grandland

To reset the service light on an Opel Grandland, use the controls on the steering wheel. Get in the car and turn on the ignition without starting the engine. Use the directional buttons on the steering wheel to enter the display menu and scroll to the "Maintenance" or "Service" option. Select the screen showing the remaining mileage for the service. At this point, press and hold the OK button for about 10 seconds until the value starts to flash and is reset. Turn off the ignition, wait a few seconds, and restart the vehicle to check that the service mileage has been correctly reset and that the maintenance light no longer appears on the dashboard.
