How to Reset the Engine Oil Light on an Opel Adam

Model: Vauxhall Adam MK 1 - Years 2013-2019

To reset the engine oil light on an Opel Adam, turn on the ignition without starting the engine. Use the buttons on the steering wheel or the control lever to scroll through the onboard computer menu to the "Vehicle Info" or "Maintenance" section. Select the "oil life" or "Engine Oil" option, where the percentage or remaining interval is indicated. When the screen is displayed, press and hold the OK or Set/Reset button for a few seconds until the value is reset or returned to 100%. After the reset, turn off the ignition and restart the vehicle to ensure the engine oil light is no longer present on the dashboard.
