Is the fuel pump on your Opel Corsa not working anymore and you want to remove it? Here’s how to do it. Lift the front bonnet, and disconnect the battery cables. Remove the rear seat cushions from the car. Unscrew the fastening screws around the metal cap using a socket wrench; remove it from its seat, covering the perimeter with absorbent paper to soak up any fluid leaks.

Unscrew the fuel pump clamp, disconnect the power connectors and the fluid circulation hoses. Extract the fuel pump from inside the tank.

Fit the new fuel pump and reconnect the connectors and hoses.
