Replacement of the Left Engine Mount on Opel Zafira

Replacing the engine mount on a Zafira? Here’s how to remove it from inside the engine bay. Pull the lever to open the engine bay and lift the front bonnet, securing it in place. Remove the power battery along with the entire plastic housing (to access the mount underneath). Lift the engine slightly with a jack. Unscrew the mounting bolts of the engine mount and extract it from the bay (unscrew the pins under the wheel in conjunction with the mount). Replace the damaged engine mount with a new one, tightening the pins around the mount. Refit the plastic housing along with the power battery.
