Reset the maintenance light? Here's how. Enter the cabin, turn on the ignition (you'll see the maintenance light illuminated), and press the buttons above the left lever on the steering wheel (scroll through the menu on the instrument cluster display). Select the maintenance option and confirm with the end lever button. After these steps, turn on the ignition again to check the maintenance status (the light should no longer be illuminated). Always remember to make changes to the onboard computer while the vehicle is stationary and turned off. Use the control lever to adjust the vehicle settings.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after. This way, you can check that the oil mark is between the minimum and maximum levels; finally, you can place the dipstick back in its tube.
