Replacement of Glove Compartment Bulb

Model: Vauxhall Astra Astra H - Years 2004-2010
Part: Interior dome light bulb

Open the glove compartment to access the bulb holder located on the left side. Remove the faulty bulb by pulling it out and refit the new bulb. Choose a replacement bulb identical to the one being replaced. LED bulbs of the tubular type are available on the market and are perfectly compatible with old filament bulbs; in any case, the two types are interchangeable without any modifications to the system. If using LED bulbs, it is important to install them with the correct polarity. If the new bulb does not light up, rotate it 180 degrees and reinstall.
