Replacing Key Battery on Opel Astra H and Zafira B

Model: Vauxhall Astra Astra H - Years 2004-2010

Press the designated button to release the manual key. Now, remove the cover of the casing simply by pulling it with your hands, as shown in the video (if you have difficulty, use a small flat screwdriver or a plastic wedge). Extract the battery from its holder and replace it. It is a CR2032 3 Volt battery, easily available at a hardware store or large supermarket. Insert the new battery into place and close the cover by pressing it down, then check the correct functioning of the key. A very simple operation that anyone can do.
