How do you replace the petrol filter on your Opel Astra? Let's see how to remove the filter from under the car's floor. Lift the vehicle with a jack, locate the petrol filter as shown in the video. Using a large screwdriver, unscrew the screws securing the filter under the floor (you can also use a socket) where the petrol filter is located. Once the filter is removed, take it out of the vehicle (replace it with a new filter). Mount the filter onto the attached mounting bracket and tighten the screws on its sides. Reconnect the hoses as they were previously mounted.
