In this short video tutorial, you will see how to remove the ashtray from your Opel Astra H Stationwagon and how to extract the cigarette lighter from the entire section. First, you need to remove and pull out the entire section containing the ashtray and cigarette lighter from the central front part of your Opel Astra H. Once you have extracted the piece, you can gently press the small flap, which will open automatically.

By flipping the entire housing over, you will find four clips that you need to unclip to remove the cigarette lighter and ashtray together. To reassemble everything, you will need to perform the same steps described so far but in reverse.
