Removing and Cleaning the Intake Manifold on an Opel Astra H

Model: Vauxhall Astra Astra H - Years 2004-2010

Lift the bonnet and disconnect the negative terminal of the battery. Unscrew the screws that secure the pipe connected to the throttle body, as shown in the video. Unscrew the bolts of the throttle body itself and those of the pipe connected to the EGR. Disconnect the injectors and unscrew the two nuts behind to access the manifold (cover it with a cloth for safety). Unscrew and disconnect the fuel pipes. Now you can finally unscrew the bolts of the manifold. At this point, you can remove and clean the manifold or replace it if that is what you need. Proceed in reverse for reassembly.
