Removing and Cleaning the Intake Manifold on an Opel Astra H

Lift the bonnet and disconnect the negative terminal of the battery. Unscrew the screws that secure the pipe connected to the throttle body, as shown in the video.

Unscrew the bolts of the throttle body itself and those of the pipe connected to the EGR. Disconnect the injectors and unscrew the two nuts behind to access the manifold (cover it with a cloth for safety). Unscrew and disconnect the fuel pipes.

Now you can finally unscrew the bolts of the manifold. At this point, you can remove and clean the manifold or replace it if that is what you need.

Proceed in reverse for reassembly.

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins.
