The maintenance light serves as a reminder for all Opel Astra owners to perform a vehicle service. Once the predetermined mileage set by the manufacturer is reached, the light will start to illuminate after each start.

To manually reset it, use the steering wheel controls. First, insert the key and turn on the ignition.

Then, press the "Menu" button on the left stalk and scroll to find the vehicle maintenance option. At this point, press and hold the "Set/Clear" button for a few seconds to complete the reset.
