For this guide we will see how to reset the oil change light for the Vauxhall / Opel Astra from 2016 onwards. It should be noted that the following procedure is also valid for resetting other warning lights present in the vehicle menu items. The steps to follow are, in order: 1. Activate the instrument panel with the key; 2. Use the directional controller for the menu located on the right of the steering wheel to scroll through the various items, until you reach the one concerned; 3. Press and hold the OK button located in the center of the controller, until an audible beep is heard; 4. To verify that the reset was successful, restart the instrument panel and check the new percentage indicated on the screen.
