Replacing the Diesel Filter on an Opel Astra H

The video shows how to replace the diesel filter on an Opel Astra H. This operation takes a few minutes and requires some manual skill. First, disconnect the connector by levering with a screwdriver. Then, disconnect the filter pipe. Remove the filter cover first and then the filter itself. Replace the rubber seal. Fit the new filter and insert it back into its housing in the engine bay. Reattach the cover. Next, connect the pipe leading to the filter. Finally, reconnect the connector. Perform diesel cleaning operations to avoid unpleasant issues.
