Replacing the Diesel Filter on Opel Astra

Model: Vauxhall Astra Astra H - Years 2004-2010

Remove the diesel filter located in the engine compartment of an Opel Astra. Pull the lever to open the engine compartment and lift the front bonnet, securing it in place. Locate the diesel filter near the engine cover panel, and undo the securing screws of the diesel filter using a socket spanner. Disconnect the circulation pipes until they are removed from the filter. Remove the fuel clamp. Open the container where the filter is located. Fit the new filter in the engine compartment. Refit the plastic panel over the engine. Start the Opel Astra's engine.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after. This way, you can check that the oil mark is between the minimum and maximum levels; finally, you can place the dipstick back in its tube.
